Safeguarding and Patrolling Services
We will provide safeguarding services and do visible patrols for clients who have
requested the services – looking after clients’ buildings, office premises and homes.
Safeguarding services include:
- The administrative staff will do an assessment of the client’s premises and determine which level
of security officers (Grade E – A) to place at the location. - A shift schedule will be drawn up and given to the relevant security officers.
- Qualified security officers will then be located at the premises and do visible patrols on an hourly
basis around the specific area.
Drone Specialists
We are drone specialists offering drone surveillance to enhance the safety and security
of the clients’ assets. This service is mainly used to monitor and improve security for
extensive operations.
The list below briefly outlines the benefits of providing drone surveillance to its clients:
• Drones play a very critical role in surveillance, specifically for the recovery of
stolen items.
• Providing footage for prosecution purposes.
• Assists in tracking and identification of suspects.
• Affords a greater degree of collaboration between various government
agencies, especially during multiparty security operations.
CR clients will benefit greatly from this service more especially clients that are involved
in extensive operations.
Mining Guarding and Riot control
CounterPoint has well-trained officers who are qualified for riots, special events, boom controls in
estates and door access in mining businesses or corporate companies. The guards will
be responsible for access control, emergency evacuations and riot crowd control.
During these events mentioned (except for riots) the security officers will scrutinize
people entering and leaving the premises, while establishing controls against those who
can and cannot gain access. The security officers will be placed at these locations for
the duration of the contract with the client. Also, the officers will be equipped with the
necessary resources to ensure efficiency on the job.
Our team specializes in riot control and has a well-trained team of operators. The
operatives are trained to protect people and property during strikes, plant closings and
natural disasters. The team is highly disciplined and controlled which is an essential skill
to have in order to be able to effectively handle any situation in the correct manner.
Close Protection Services
We will provide close protection offices to keep clients safe from unwanted attention or
physical harm. Clients for these services include VIPs, Government MPs, CEOs,
Celebrities and anyone requiring close protection.
The qualified officer will work around the client’s schedule which will vary depending on
the length of the contract. Also, the officer will be responsible for assessing security
measures and providing discreet shadowing.
The service includes:
• Protecting the clients from threats or physical violence.
• Inspecting the premises, such as hotels, restaurants and theatres, before the
client arrives.
• Studying the layout of venues, noting potential hazards and exposure to risks.
• Accompanying the client on business and social trips.
• Driving the client to and from venues.
CR’s close protection officers will constantly stay alert and ready to respond to any
threatening situation.
